Tobias Klein joined Penrhyn International as a Principal in 2011. An executive search consultant since 1997, Tobias has specialized in the search for tax, accountancy/auditing, legal, corporate finance, M&A, controlling and risk management functions for Professional Services Providers and CFO/CFO-related functions across various industries. His search experience includes German speaking countries, Benelux and the United Kingdom.

Tobias has been a Managing Partner with LAB & Company since 2011. He is Co-Head of the Professional Services Sector and a leading member of the Financial Services Practice. Irene Wolfs works as a consultant for Maes & Lunau. Her main objective is to find candidates for executive, supervisory and management positions in the Agricultural & Food branche within the sector Consumers Goods & Retail.

Irene Wolfs graduated in Dutch law from the University of Amsterdam. She first worked as a legal expert for Grontmij and then as a consultant in change processes for various government departments. She subsequently worked in an international capacity as the director of marketing & communications for the largest thoroughbred horse studbook in the world, KWPN. Her achievements there include a successful positioning in emerging markets by introducing a sector-based market approach throughout the chain. She also helped to further commercialise the organisation.

Teunis de Haas is a partner at Maes & Lunau Executive Search. He is responsible for the searches for executive, non-executive boardmembers and directors for the central and local government, healthcare and educational institutions, housing corporations and public transport companies. 

Teunis studied Labour and Organisational Sociology after completing Hotel Management School. He held a variety of management positions at Brunel, the people resourcing organisation listed on the Dutch stock exchange. He subsequently worked as a managing consultant at Interlace Executive Search and Hudson. He established a successful government sector practice at each of these companies. Yvonne Jung-Phielix is Managing Partner of Maes & Lunau Executive Search and a Principal in Penrhyn International. She focuses on Consumer Products & Services Sector, the Retail/Fashion Practice, the Healthcare Sector, the Life Science Practice and the Human Resources Practice.

After several years in healthcare and advertising, she began her business career in 1986 with AT&T as Personnel Manager. From 1987, she was a Consultant with Staffpool International, and in 1990 she was appointed Senior Consultant with A.T.
