Vaché Petrossian is an experienced Life Sciences executive recruiter in China with over 7 years industry experience. In his current role as Director for FP-RSA, he is leading a dedicated team of consultants focusing on all sectors of Life Sciences including but not limited to Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Biotech and Clinical Research Organizations.

Prior to joining FP-RSA in 2009, Vaché worked at MRI China Group based in Shanghai where he is credited with launching and establishing the Life Science practice from scratch. During his time with MRI, Vaché was promoted from Senior Business Consultant to Consulting Manager, and in 2008, became the Practice Leader for MRI China’s Medical Devices & Biotech sectors. During his career at MRI, he hired and developed a dedicated team of 4 consultants and was responsible for completing more than 50 successful assignments in China / Asia.

Before joining MRI China Group in 2005, Vaché worked for a division of Johnson & Johnson (Codman & Shurtleff) in San Francisco, California, where he was responsible for the sales of surgical instruments in Northern California. His 2 1/2 years sales experience within the hospital environment and his clinical exposure in the OR (Operating Room), enabled him to gain a wealth of knowledge and understanding in the medical and surgical fields.

Vaché began his sales career in 1998 with a division of Ricoh (Lanier Worldwide), selling Document Management Solutions. During his 4 ½ years there, he was promoted from Sales Representative to Account Executive, and later to District Color Sales Manager. His experience with Ricoh helped him develop not only management skills, but also business to business selling abilities.

Living in foreign countries is not a new concept for Vaché. Born in Iran to an Armenian family, he and his family have lived in Italy, France and in 1987 immigrated to the United States. Now a US national, Vaché has expatriated to Shanghai, China together with his wife and son.

Vaché holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History from University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), with a Minor in Near Eastern Languages and Cultures. He is fluent in English, Armenian, and Persian. He is also proficient in Mandarin Chinese and French, as well as speaks basic Japanese and Spanish.

Vandermore is an experienced financial leader, most recently having served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Walt Disney Imagineering. At Disney, Vandermore oversaw the financial planning and management of all theme park, resort and cruise line development, and construction projects. Previously, he served in key roles with the Turnaround and Restructuring Services division of AlixPartners, the Mergers and Strategic Advisory Group at Goldman Sachs, and the Mergers and Acquisition Transaction Advisory Services at Deloitte & Touche. Vandermore, a CPA, earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame and a Masters of Business Administration from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.

In his new role, Sigrist will oversee the strategic and day-to-day operations of the company’s global product strategy. Sigrist brings extensive general management and product development ownership experience to IGT. Most recently, Sigrist served as the Vice President and General Manager of Endpoints and Video Solutions at Avaya, Inc., where he led the business unit responsible for all of the company’s endpoint products, worth more than $700 million in annual revenue. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Video Solutions for Polycom, Inc., as a Business Advisor and Part-Time CEO at Meta Networks and as the President and CEO at Hammerhead Systems. Sigrist holds a Bachelor of Science and a Masters of Business Administration degree from Santa Clara University.

The Lisboa office comes to join the Voyer Iberoamérica structure in Buenos Aires, La Paz, Madrid, Montevideo, México DF and Sao Paulo. Francisco Martín and María Gaivao Simoes de Almeida will be in charge of the Portugal operation.

Robson comes to U.S. Autoparts with proven performance in raising capital, structuring complex financing transactions and providing financial oversight leadership. Most recently, he served as the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial and Chief Administrative Officer for Mervyns. At Mervyns, Robson developed and drove plans for operational efficiencies and also led efforts to launch the company’s first e-commerce website. During his tenure at Mervyns, he was one of a small team of executives that lead efforts to raise capital and reorganize the business through Chapter 11. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President of Finance and Principal Accounting Officer at Guitar Center, Inc., and as the Chief Operating Officer at Pacific Products.

Robson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration, accounting and finance from the University of Southern California and is a certified public accountant in the State of California.

Ms Kate Kennedy takes up her position on 13 February. With 20 years’ leadership experience in the private, government and not for profit sectors, Kate has acquired a deep understanding of how to create and advance organisations and programs that deal with global and local disadvantage. Her work has included strategy, grants management and partnership-based capital raising. Most recently she was Head of Strategic Projects in the CEO’s office at World Vision Australia, where she worked for six years. Prior to that she was Program Director at the Pratt Foundation for some years, and she also founded goodcompany, an organisation that seeks to inspire, educate and link volunteer professionals to the community sector. Kate founded and then led the organisation for nine years while also working long hours in her ‘day jobs’.

Other volunteer roles apart from her involvement in goodcompany include being a non-executive director of community organisations such as MacKillop Family Services, the Mirabel Foundation and Jesuit Publications.

She graduated BA from Monash University with majors in English Literature and Sociology.

Kate’s extensive experience and networks will enable Hagar Australia to expand significantly its support for Hagar’s work in the field, in countries like Cambodia, Vietnam and Afghanistan. She will take up her appointment on 13 February 2012.
