Andrés Undurraga has been a Principal in Penrhyn International since 2004 when Seminarium became Penrhyn International’s representative in Chile. Andrés serves both Chilean and international companies, and was recognised in the Economist survey of “Executive Search in the Americas” as a “Leading Consultant” in the consumer goods and retail sectors. However Andrés’ practice also covers a range of other industrial sectors.
Andrés started his career with CCU, the largest brewer in Chile and the number two producer of soft drinks. Over eleven years he rose to the position of Senior Marketing Officer. He then became CEO of Costa for seven years. Costa is a leading Chilean chocolate and cookie manufacturer, and under Andrés’ leadership expanded rapidly in Chile and abroad.
Andrés is a graduate in Business Administration of the Universidad Adolfo Ibanez, and speaks fluent English in addition to his native Spanish.
