Chuck founded Coleman Lew & Associates in 1979. Over the past 30 years he has earned a national reputation within the search industry, having successfully completed over 363 search engagements. The majority of his searches have involved placing CEO’s, Presidents, and General Managers or their direct reports.
Chuck earned a BS degree from The Ohio State University and pursued graduate studies at Xavier University. Prior to founding Coleman Lew & Associates, he was the general manager of an office products company and later a recruiter in the Columbus, Ohio office of a national recruitment firm.
Chuck is a U.S. Marine veteran with service in Vietnam. He is active in the Charlotte community and a Rotary International Paul Harris Fellow. Chuck and his wife have four grown children.
