Connie Adair has been a Principal in Penrhyn International since Taylor Winfield joined the network in 2007. Connie started her career in Executive Search in 1994, specialising in the technology sector in the broad sense, including areas such as e-commerce, data communications, wireless and networking software, infrastructure and systems software, enterprise application software, capital equipment and optical components.
Connie’s career started with Santa Fe Railroad, where she became Vice President/General Manager. She served as CEO of C.J. Consulting before taking over her present position as CEO of Taylor Winfield in 1994.
Connie graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science degree.
