Kees van den Ende is Partner of Maes & Lunau Executive Search Amsterdam and member of the Industry Practice and the Board of Directors Practice. Kees Van den Ende focuses on fulfilling board of directors and senior management positions in national and international companies in the Energy, Manufacturing and Logistics lines of business. He became a Principal of Penrhyn International in 2005 when Maes & Lunau joined Penrhyn International.
Before joining Maes & Lunau, Kees van den Ende was Managing Consultant of another Executive Search Firm and held responsibility for the Industry Sector with focus on Energy, Logistics and Engineering. From 1972 until 1995, Kees van den Ende worked as a Manager for Shell on a variety of challenging international assignments, both technical and commercial. Thereafter he was Managing Director of Armada Dambach (TBI Group), responsible for the world wide implementation of the Corporate Identity change of Volkswagen/Audi. Subsequently Kees van den Ende became Managing Director of Triple EEE Management Support and was active as Interim Manager with Bakkenist Introman.
He is fluent in English and German in addition to his native Dutch. He holds a Master’s degree in Mining Engineering from Delft University.
