Mike (Michael) Stein became a Principal in Penrhyn International in 2003 when Osprey Clarke joined Penrhyn International. Mike’s career in executive search started in 1985 with Hoggett Bowers – Executive Search and Selection and subsequently with Albemarle – Search and Selection. Mike joined Osprey Clarke in 1996 as a Director.
Mike started his career in various generalist HR and training roles with Delta Metal Company and Motorola before he became an executive search consultant.
Mike gained a BA in History at the University of Warwick and a Diploma in Personnel Management at the London School of Economics.
