Patrizia Depetrini has many years of experience of the identification and development of high potential executives. In 1997 she established Proposte in Turin with Piercarlo Sibona, and has been a Principal in Penrhyn International since 2006.
She joined the Ferrero Group in 1983, and held positions concerned with recruitment, selection, and development in Italy and abroad. From 1993 to 1997 she was Human Resources Manager for the staff functions of Ferrero. Patrizia had particular responsibility for the identification and development of high potential people in Ferrero’s worldwide operations.
Patrizia Depetrini graduated from the University of Padua in psychology. She speaks English in addition to Italian.
