Richard Ogilvie’s career in executive search started in 1984, and he has been a Principal in Penrhyn International since 2001, when the firm which he co-founded merged with Fish & Nankivell, a member firm of Penrhyn International. Richard has a multi-industry practice.
Richard’s career started with BHP in Australia as a Marketing Engineer. Later in his career he switched to HR management with Nylex, and then to management consulting. He worked with Energy Consulting Group, Touche Ross, and PA. With PA he worked in London and Singapore as well as Australia. In 1995 he co-founded Ogilvie Watson in Melbourne.
Richard is a graduate in Applied Science of the University of Melbourne.
