Sanny brings with her experiences from the executive search and human resources sector. Sanny first worked at KPMG Executive Search in Hong Kong, that’s where she started her career in executive search. After leaving KPMG, Sanny joined Foster Partners (www.fosterpartners.biz) which was established in 1990 as the successor to KPMG Peat Marwick’s US Executive Search practice. When Foster Partners opened their office in Shanghai in 2001, Sanny became the Chief Representative.
Sanny then transferred her knowledge base over to Flextronics, a US based NASDAQ listed Fortune 500 electronics manufacturing services provider. She was responsible for senior executive recruitment from Director level and above in the Asia Pacific region, including China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan and Korea. After Flextronics, she joined Octopus Holdings Limited, a Hong Kong based payment system technology company, where she continue to head up search and recruitment as well as learning and development.
Sanny has rejoined Foster Partners in early 2010, she is currently Director of Foster Partners Asia, spending her time between Hong Kong and Shanghai, and looking after Energy, Industrial/Automotive, Chemical, FMCG, Bio-tech and Real Estate & Construction sectors.
