She rapidly gained a strong expertise in other fields such as IT and digital.

Frank Beyer is the "B" of LAB & Company - co-founder and managing partner since 2002 in Munich. Frank Beyer has been managing director and partner of important international consultancies for more than 25 years.

With his rather generalist know-how, his consulting focuses on the industry, technology and energy sectors - in particular, in the technical disciplines, including renewable energies. In recent years, he has built up further expertise in financial services.

Frank Beyer is a certified business coach according to the guidelines of the DBVC e.V. (German Coaching Association). This competence, coupled with many years of recruiting experience, make him a valued partner in questions of corporate succession in medium-sized companies.

Jessica Volkwein joined the Munich office of LAB & Company as principal in 2012. She has been a partner since 2015 and Managing Partner since 2019.

She learned about the personnel consulting business from scratch with our founding partner Peter Lachner. Before returning to LAB & Company, she worked for 18 years as a personnel consultant at two other leading international executive search firms.

Jessica Volkwein specialises in the industrial sector, primarily, and in the automotive sector for more than 20 years. Her focus has been on filling management positions in the operational and technology environment of internationally operating and large family-owned companies. Her success is characterised by many years of cooperation and her personal assumption of responsibility for each individual project. In selecting the best managers and executives, she pays particular attention to the "cultural fit". Vanessa Wick has been working for LAB & Company in Munich as a senior consultant in the areas of business & professional services, financial services and industry since 2017. She is data protection and information security coordinator at the Munich branch.

The business psychologist has seven years of experience as a consultant and focuses on a solid framework of trust and values in working with candidates and clients. In doing so, open communication, respectful interaction and commitment form the basis for successful and long-term cooperation.

Before joining LAB & Company, she worked for an international executive search boutique and a human resources management consultancy. She specialises in filling first and second level management positions and experts with relevant specialisations in areas such as tax, law, auditing, corporate finance, corporate governance, compliance, data protection and IT security, digitisation, fraud investigation and IT forensics as part of the investigation of white-collar crime, as well as cross-functional management and key positions for medium-sized companies in technical industries.
