Connecting force, enthusiasm and creativity are characteristic of Harry. He combines these properties with a strong analytical ability and a keen eye for the quality and potential of people. His many years of experience with diversity of teams makes him an excellent sparring partner in the process of forming them. With a great deal of energy, he has devoted himself for many years to inclusive employment, including people with an occupational disability.
Harry held HR management positions at Unilever, was commercial director at Wolters Kluwer in the Netherlands, was a member of the Executive Board of TomTom and of the Group Council of the Dutch Railways. Prior to his transfer to Maes & Lunau, Harry was general manager of AWVN and director of social affairs at VNO-NCW and MKB Nederland. In these positions Harry has gained extensive experience in complex work environments and he has a great insight into the political and economic arena in which organisations operate. This makes him a valuable cooperation partner for regulators, directors and managers in the Dutch business community and in public services.
