05 Frebruary 2015 – Penrhyn International announced today a further strategic expansion that sees the introduction of Jauch Associates (Switzerland), a leading executive search boutique with offices in Zurich and London providing a significant financial services focus within Europe as well as strong capabilities in the industrial and life sciences markets within Switzerland.

Jauch Associates conducts senior-level and specialist search assignments and advises business leaders on organization design and development in publicly traded and privately held organisations in the financial services, industrial and life sciences sectors.

“The addition of Jauch Associates strongly enhances our reach within Europe” notes Connie Adair, Penrhyn’s Chairwoman, “providing us with even greater global capacity in the Financial Services market, following the recent addition of Whitney Partners in New York, and provide tangible evidence of our intention to continue to meet the diverse requirements of our international client base.”

Reto Jauch, the founding Partner of Jauch Associates, has 20 years of strategic consulting experience, and was Managing Director of A.T. Kearney Executive Search (ATKES) Europe. Prior to assuming this leadership role, he was responsible for the firm’s Swiss market, having started and developed a Search Practice for the firm in Zurich and Geneva. Reto originally started his consulting career at Robertson Associates AG, a Zurich based European Search boutique.

He comments “joining Penrhyn enables Jauch Associates to provide its clients with truly global reach, and with the reassurance of consistently high quality levels of service that they naturally anticipate. We see a real opportunity to play a strong role in partnership with an international network that strongly differentiates itself in the marketplace.”

The Jauch Associates leadership team in Zurich also includes Philipp Buis, who has significant search experience in a range of markets including consumer, life sciences, business & professional services and technology and has placed over 150 senior executives for multi-nationals, international niche players and local companies.
