Experience

President of Agora Search since 2014, Luce has been Principal and then Partner since 1998.

She is also a Board Member of the international Penrhyn network.

She began her career at Norman Broadbent where she worked for 3 years, after initial marketing experience at with the Euro RSCG advertising agency. For over twenty years, Luce assists major international groups, family-owned companies and funds in the recruitment of their senior executives, in France and abroad, ensuring that recruitment is aligned with the company’s strategic needs.

In recent years, she has supported the development and diversification of Agora’s activities, in particular by structuring 2 business lines: leadership consulting and transition management.

Luce is specialized in Technology, Innovation, Digital and Real Estate. She speaks English and is certified Hogan Assessment – Level 2. Trained in assessment techniques for over 15 years, she is a specialist in executive assessment.

Other information

Passionate about sport (in particular tennis and horse-riding), Luce takes part in numerous competitions.
