Penrhyn International is managed by a Board of Directors comprising four members representing Americas, Europe and North America, supported by a full time Executive Director. Together they drive the effective operation and governance of the network.

Michael's career started in accountancy, where he gained commercial and corporate experience working in the profession, and as Head of Finance of a major international shipping group. He transferred his business knowledge into executive search, where over the past 25 years he has enjoyed a varied career.
Achievements include taking a staffing group and executive search practice to a full UK stock market flotation, and its subsequent sale to a major US listed group. He now conducts senior level search for major global corporations, with particular focus on infrastructure, transportation and logistics. Michael joined Osprey Clarke in 2008. He is proud to be a trustee of Haven House Children's Hospice; an important charity that supports families and cares for children and young people with life-limiting conditions across North and East London and West Essex.

Frank Beyer has been a Principal in Penrhyn International since 2002. He has 23 years of experience as an executive recruiter and is recognized for his achievements in industry, renewable energies, technology, insurance companies, public-private partnerships and government/public sector. His search experience covers primarily German speaking countries but as well international searches including the US and China. Frank Beyer is a co-founder of LAB & Company.
Before becoming a Principal in Penrhyn, Frank was Managing Director Europe of an UK based search firm, and spent before eight years with Kienbaum Executive Consultants as Partner and Head of the Munich office. Before joining the executive search world, Frank was a general staff officer in the German Air Force.
Frank speaks German, English, fair French and Spanish. He holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of the German Armed Forces in Munich.

Connie Adair has been a Principal in Penrhyn International since Taylor Winfield joined the network in 2007.
As CEO of Taylor Winfield since 1994, Connie has had a long and distinguished career in creating and establishing “best practices” for executive search methodology. Connie’s talent and expertise have uniquely positioned Taylor Winfield – delivering the broad reach of a multi-national firm yet with the agility and responsiveness of a specialty boutique. She has led the company into double-digit growth, increasing annual revenues by an average of 26 percent over the last four years, while earning the highest closure rate in the industry. She is known for building strong relationships across boards, networks, clients and her community.
As the Chairman of Penrhyn International, Connie is at the forefront of executive search and human capital management, not only in the United States but across the globe. A thought-leader in the industry, Connie is a lecturer at the eMBA program of SMU Cox School of Business and expert panelist for various organizations on executive leadership and board readiness. Joo-Lee Aw is responsible for driving the vision for the Group while actively developing global and regional partnerships, and initiatives for its offices in Singapore, Shanghai and Manila.
Joo-Lee established her corporate career in Media, Consumer and Banking sectors with companies such as Citibank, KFC and MediaCorp where she built a successful track record in Business Development, Marketing and Sales, spearheading new corporate initiatives or acting as a change agent working across different stakeholder groups.
She was last with Dow Jones International Media before she left to start The People at Work in 2000. Today, she engages with diverse multinational clients ranging from start-ups to mature organisations. She has helped organisations review gaps in their leadership teams, advised clients setting up their Asia operations, and is especially interested in working with organisations that are looking for innovative and out-of-the-box ideas in transformation and high-growth environments. She provides strategic counsel to C-Suite clients with a special focus on Finance, General Management, Corporate Strategy and Marketing.
Born and raised in Kuching, Sarawak, Joo-Lee was educated in Malaysia, Singapore, and the USA. She holds a Bachelor of Business from the University of Oregon, and a Master of Science in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Yanouk Poirier (Canada)

Yanouk Poirier has over twenty years of professional experience in different sectors of economic activity, such as professional services, finance, media and information technology.
He has successfully led numerous assignments of top level executives and board members, for major companies and renowned firms operating in various business lines.
Recognized for his strong entrepreneurial spirit, Mr. Poirier puts his experience at the service of business leaders on a national and international level and supports them in the achievement of their business strategy.
Mr. Poirier is actively involved; he his on the Board of Directors of the Ballet Jazz of Montreal and of the Club St. James. He is also a mentor for Enablis, an organization providing assistance to entrepreneurs in developing countries to support them in the growth of their business.
He holds an MBA from the Université de Sherbrooke and a bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a major in International Relations from the Université du Québec à Montréal.
Luce Nordon (France)

Upon completing her business school studies, Luce Nordon started her career in advertising, with a three year tenure with the Euro-RSCG group as a Practice Group Leader where she was focused on luxury and CPG brands promotion. She then became part of the newly created Paris office of Norman Broadbent, a UK executive search firm, to expand the CPG and luxury cluster. She rapidly gained a strong expertise in other fields such as IT and digital.
In 1998, she joined Agora Search as a Business Partner. General Manager since 2008, Luce recently assumed the presidency in January 2014.
Luce leads searches for executives both in France and internationally.
Rikke Dolberg (Denmark)

Rikke Dolberg has managerial and sales experience from private companies in Denmark as well as international companies in Europe and the USA. She is one of the three Founders, and Partner and Co-owner of UniqueConsult A/S.
Rikke Dolberg was previously Strategic Project Manager with a large Danish company. She has had executive and managerial responsibility in the fields of marketing, HR and international sales in packaging, dentistry, furniture, and textiles. Rikke has a degree in Economics and holds an MBA in International Management.
In addition to Danish (mother tongue), Rikke is fluent in English; and has also a good understanding of the Nordic languages.

Donal Watkin (Executive Director) brings extensive experience in the leadership and senior management of membership organisations, with a particular focus on strategic planning, operational management, marketing orientation, membership development and retention, and governance.
Between 2002 and 2013, Donal worked with international networks operating within the legal and accounting markets, developing and supporting their growth strategies (including a successful merger process) and establishing effective marketing and communication platforms that significantly increased engagement and business collaboration between member firms.
He also brings experience of business development roles within both the professional services and marketing services environments.
Donal holds a Bachelors Degree from the University of Ulster and a Postgraduate Diploma in Management Studies from the University of Kent.
